I&#039;ve been using T-Mobile for over 5 years now and while not having the most reliable and wide-spread network, it is a decent cellular service provider as far as customer service and pricing. AT&amp;T and its iPhone monopoly made other companies reconsider their attitude toward their customers. With that being said, the loss of data is a major FAIL.

I am a Mozy (online backup system) user, and these kind of news make me feel worried about my data being stored far away.</description>
